Our story

We built what we wished existed.

Nestspot was born from personal frustration — paying for properties that turned out to be fake, dealing with ghost agents, and handing over money with nothing to show for it. We set out to fix renting in Nigeria, one verified coordinate at a time.

Mission

Make every Nigerian rental transaction safe, fast, and fraud-free.

Nigeria's housing market is large, growing, and deeply broken. Millions of Nigerians search for homes every year, and too many of them lose money to fake listings, dishonest agents, and opaque payment systems.

Nestspot replaces guesswork with GPS data, replaces agents with direct landlord access, and replaces risky cash transfers with a secure escrow layer. Our mission is to make the honest rental the easiest rental.

“A listing without a real address is not a listing — it's a trap.”

— Nestspot founding principle

What we stand for

Our values

Radical transparency

Every listing shows its exact GPS coordinates. What you see on the map is exactly where the property stands — no vague neighbourhoods, no bait-and-switch.

Tenant-first protection

Our escrow system means you never pay rent and then wonder if the keys will arrive. Funds move only when you confirm you're satisfied.

Technology with purpose

We build tools that solve real Nigerian problems — not features copied from Western markets that don't fit local realities.

Community trust

Publicly visible landlord ratings, verified tenant reviews, and a zero-tolerance policy on fraudulent listings keep our marketplace honest.
